Matheus Larangeira, BS, CPT
Matheus holds a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, dedicating his career to personal training and a healthy lifestyle. He believes that strength and mobility are the true pillars of longevity, helping clients feel empowered and confident in their own bodies through personalized, science-based training programs.
Alexa earned her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and specializes in evidence-based nutrition therapy. Her approach is deeply empathetic, with personalized education and nutrition recommendations that bridge the gap between medical needs and the joy of eating. She is committed to helping clients manage their health while maintaining a high quality of life.
